CONTROLS:

ARROWS to move, at 30 KI press Z for Kamehameha.

press x for punch

hold x to do more damage! hold K to gain KI at 50 ki you can press T to go super Saiyan or M to go kaioken! press v to kick, at 60 KI you can press 2 to go super saiyan 2. At 70 KI you can press 3 to go super saiyan 3. click the button for the transformation you are in to go back to normal.

I have no idea which player is us and which is the opponent. It looks cool but your fan game might violate the terms and condition http://www.dragonballz.com/terms. But it's super impressive considering it is made in scratch.

Can't restart the game as well. The gameplay is also too bland. You can stand still and keep pressing x but still win.

Anyway keep up the effort :D
